Prior to your password expiration, you will receive notification emails beginning approx. 2 weeks prior, that it needs to be changed.
Step-by-step guide
Follow these simple steps:
- Make sure you are connected to the eventide local network via VPN or on-site and connected to the local network via cable or wi-fi
- Open your browser and go to https://account.eventide.com
- If prompted (see below image2), enter your username and password in the following format, depending on your division, and press Enter:
- "EVENTIDE\user", "AUDIO\user" or COMM\user
- password
- You may be presented with another page requesting your credentials (see below image1), fill them in again as above and press Enter
- In the upper left hand corner of the window you will see an option to "Change password" (see below image3)
- Select the Change password option and follow the instructions to reset/change your current password.
- Log out and use your new password to log back in to confirm the change.
- If you have any issues connecting or your password has already expired, open a support ticket at https://helpdesk.eventide.com
- It can sometimes take as long as 60 mins to 2 hours to sync with the Entra management so please give it some time after successfully changing your password in the AD management portal.
