- Go to the Google Play Store on Android devices, or the App Store on iOS and download & install the Intune Company Portal from Microsoft
- Exit the store and open the Intune Company Portal app, I believe the app is just called Comp Portal in iOS?
- Open the app and tap Sign In
- Enter your eventidecommunications.com email address and tap Next.
- Enter your password and tap Sign In.
- Wait while the app verifies your credentials.
- Your Microsoft Authenticator may activate and ask for approval during the initial sign in step
- Once verified and working inside the Comp Portal app, click on View all apps
- Click on Microsoft Outlook
- On the next window, an info notice will appear stating "Your device needs to be managed before you can install this app" or something similar.
- Click on it and follow the instructions on the next window, you will prompted to set up Eventide Communications access
- Click Begin
- Select "User owns this device" on the next page and click Continue through the process when prompted
- You will be prompted to allow installation of a management profile, click Allow
- When the process completes, go to your phone Settings > General > Device Management > Management Profile again and select Install
- You'll be prompted for your PIN (your PIN MUST be a 6 digit PIN, if it is currently only 4 digits you must change it), enter your PIN and click Install again
- Click on Trust when prompted to trust the profile, then Done when finished, the profile should now say Verified in green letters with a checkmark
- Exit your settings and go back to Outlook, you will be informed that Intune apps will now be managed by your new profile, click on Manage as many time as prompted.
- You should now see the Outlook application icon on your home screen.
- Open Outlook and follow the instructions to set up for your eventidecommunications.com email.
